Caramel Cinnamon Monkey Bread

with cinnamon cream cheese icing

Looking for a quick and delicious weekend breakfast? Then this caramel cinnamon monkey bread is perfect for you. It takes less than 10 minutes to prep and within an hour you've got a sweet breakfast the whole family will love.

2 packages canned biscuits

1 stick butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 350° F. Next cut each of your biscuits into six smaller pieces. Combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour melted butter over biscuits and then add the sugar mixture. Stir together until all of the biscuit pieces are well coated. I like to bake these in a  bundt pan because it looks really nice when you flip it out after its baked, but whatever pan you have on hand will work. Make sure to grease the pan very well or it will be very hard to remove them after its baked. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the biscuits looked cooked all the way through.

Cream Cheese Icing

2 oz. cream cheese, softened

3 T butter, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Using a hand or stand mixer, combine the cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and cinnamon, mix until combined. Once the monkey bread is cooked, allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Flip onto serving dish and drizzle with the cinnamon cream cheese icing. This dish is best served warm! Enjoy!
